Before we begin to work, an assessment of the area is made so as to ensure the job is done safely and with no damage to your property. Before leaving, we rake and blow clean the work area, sidewalks, and driveways in and around the job site.
Our Services
High-Risk Takedown
We take the risk, just like the commercials say—don't try this! Leave it to the professionals. We know trees and which way they will fall. High-risk trees are ones that are too close to the house, etc., or are simply dead or lightning-struck, causing a potential fall in high wind. We use a crane to safely and effectively take care of the removal of the tree.
Tree and Stump Removal
We encourage our clients to keep their trees, but depending on the circumstances, trees must be removed. The tree selected for reduction or removal is usually removed to within 8" of the ground or as requested.
Stump Grinding is available by request. RD Tree Service is always in the process of acquiring new equipment, currently including another heavy-duty stump grinder, so as to bring a higher level of service to our clientele.
Tree Trimming
Trees can and should be safely trimmed in a variety of potentially dangerous situations. Dead and cracked branches should be removed to ensure a safe area under the tree in question. Limbs that encroach over the house or a neighbor's property should be trimmed back, especially on the taller trees. Trimming not only adds safety to your home but helps maintain an aesthetically pleasing property.
Storm Cleanup and Assessment
RD Tree Service tree experts are ready to assist you and your home or business in the event of an emergency tree care situation. Nature can be extremely unpredictable, and that is exactly when you need the predictability and quality that RD Tree Service brings to every job. If a tree unexpectedly falls on your property, you can count on RD.
We give first priority to our current customers, but we can provide referrals to capable replacement companies if needed.

Chipping and Removal
Our Chipping Services are available by the day, or by the job. Depending on your needs, we can collect and remove your unwanted brush and wood from your property, chip your brush into piles for your personal use, or chip and remove pre–piled brush for a reduced fee.
Wood chips are also available for delivery. Specific wood is available by request only.
